Loader are used mianly for uploading materials into trucks ,laying pipe, clearing rubble, and digging. Wheel loaders provide better mobility and speed and donot damage paved roads.The main applications are as following , 1. loading materials ;2. Main Features

1) Yuchai Engine is equipped ,featuring strong power ,low fuel consumption and reliable performance. 

2) Reinforced front and rear frames are with large bearing capacity. Reasonable distribution of overall load suures stability. And small turning radius enables the operation to be more flexible, which can adapt well to narrow worksite.

3) Reincorced drive axles are adopted for large bearing capacity and high reliability. Enlarged wheel tread and wheel base improve the overall stabiltiy and adaptability to working conditions.

Welding Robot

All the welding work is done by welding robot puchased from international brand of KUKA from Germany and ABB from Sweden, effectively ensuring the welding quality while enhancing productivity.

Assembly Line 

We have six assembly line, including rear frame assembly line, front frame assembly line,engine assembly line,cab assembly line, hood conveyor belt and work device assembly line . the Annual production capacity is up to 20,000 units  per year .

The largest testing ground and parking lot 

Each loader must be tested strictly delivering to customer.Debugging section has complete machine testing ground, 8-type track,annular track,and climbing slope.
